The campaign aims to promote cleanliness, efficient record management, and reduction of pendency across DSIR, its autonomous body Council for Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), and two PSUs – National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) and Central Electronics Ltd. (CEL).

A midterm review of the campaign revealed that, by mid-October 2025, DSIR has successfully cleared over 50% of pending public grievances and significantly advanced record management.

Notable achievements include the disposal of scrap and clearing of office space, generating revenue of Rs. 1.09 crore and freeing 14,910 square feet of office area. Outdoor campaigns are in full swing, targeting a total of 146 initiatives by the campaign’s conclusion on 31st October.

The Department expressed optimism that the remaining period of the campaign will surpass the set targets, leaving a lasting positive impact on operational efficiency and resource utilization across DSIR and its affiliated organizations.
