St. Edward’s School became a vibrant hub of innovation, practical learning, and career insights as it hosted the CBSE Skill Expo and Guidance Festival 2026–27. Bringing together pioneering educationists, industry stalwarts, and young innovators, the event celebrated the transformative power of vocational skills and forward-looking education.
The festival opened with distinguished Chief Guests DGP Mr. Ashok Tiwari and DIG Anjum Ara, alongside CBSE leaders including Dr. Biswajit Saha (Director, Skill Education) and Satish Pahal (Joint Director). Following the ceremonial lamp lighting, Principal Rev. Fr. Henry Joseph Raj welcomed the gathering, outlining the event’s vision to empower the next generation. Addressing the students, DGP Ashok Tiwari urged youth to embrace adaptability, master technology responsibly, and confidently chart paths beyond traditional careers.
The expo featured cutting-edge projects from 25 participating schools, tackling futuristic themes from Animation, Gaming, and Entrepreneurship to Sustainability and Agriculture. Student innovations were evaluated by an elite jury panel comprising Payal Khanna (Author & Coach),Dhruv Bragta (HDFC Bank), Kunal Singh Chauhan (Progressive Growers Association), and Dr. Digvijay Singh Thakur (IGMC). Alongside the project showcase, interactive sessions provided students with direct industry mentorship—solidifying St. Edward’s commitment to bridging classroom concepts with real-world success.
