The Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) is driving a major workplace transformation under DARPG’s Special Campaign 6.0, crossing nearly 70% of its operational targets. Running from October 2 to October 31, 2026, the nation-wide drive focuses on embedding Swachhata, clearing backlogs, weeding out old physical files, freeing up office space, and disposing of e-waste safely under strict guidelines.
The initiative spans MNRE’s key public sector units—IREDA and SECI—alongside autonomous institutions including NISE, NIWE, and SSS-NIBE. From upgrading common facilities to building a paper-lean, highly accountable work culture, the Ministry is ensuring these efficiency standards become a permanent fixture long past the campaign deadline.
