CM Sukhu rolled out a major infrastructure boost for the Churah assembly constituency in Chamba district, dedicating and laying foundation stones for nine key development projects worth ₹60.67 crore at Bhanjraru.

The major highlights include the inauguration of the ₹25.51 crore upgraded Kiani-Rajnagar-Chakloo-Koti road stretch and the new ₹2.84 crore PWD Division Office building at Bhanjraru. To tackle local water needs, the Chief Minister dedicated five water supply and augmentation schemes totaling over ₹13.4 crore, bringing clean, reliable drinking water to several Gram Panchayats across Churah, including Satyas, Kareri, Charodi, Bhanjraru, Khushnagri, and Ghulei.

Expanding the region’s road network, foundation stones were laid for three crucial connectivity projects worth ₹20.85 crore—linking Kehla, Tikri, and the Dakala-to-Kunda route. Emphasizing the impact of these initiatives, the Chief Minister noted that strengthening road connectivity and water distribution will significantly upgrade essential public services and elevate the daily lives of local residents.
