Chief Minister, Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu released the poster of the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Children Session ‘How should be the government of children’, to be held on 12th June in Shimla here today.
On this occasion, he said that Vidhan Sabha Children Session would provide an opportunity to the children to showcase their talent and present their views and thoughts about democracy. He appealed to the children to actively participate in this campaign.
68 children selected across the country will get an opportunity to participate in the session through digital medium, for which children can register free of cost on the website of Digital Bal Mela. The objective of this programme is to make them aware about the development of the country and the state and to inculcate the spirit of positive thinking in them. Education Minister, Rohit Thakur and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
