Phuntsok Tsewang Calls On Governor

Phuntsok Tsewang, Chief Representative of Central Tibetan Administration in Shimla paid a courtesy call to Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla at Raj Bhavan, today. He also honoured the Governor by presenting a Thangka Painting.
