Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu launched the theme song of Winter Carnival Shimla- 2025 to be held from 24th December, 2024 to 2nd January, 2025 here today. He said that the last year the present State Government started this Carnival to promote tourism in the State and tangible results were coming out of this initiative. He urged the visitors to enjoy this carnival and expressed hope that this year also this event will be a grand success.
He said that the Shimla city is witnessing snowfall in the month of December which will be added attraction for the tourists. He extended his good wishes to the Municipal Corporation and District Administration Shimla for organizing this fest. MLA Harish Janartha and Mayor Shimla Municipal Corporation Surender Chauhan were also present on the occasion.
