The campus of Auckland House School for Boys (AHSB) transformed into a vibrant hub of celebration, laughter and excitement as the school hosted a spectacular carnival that drew huge enthusiasm from students, parents and visitors.
The festive extravaganza was graced by Vidhupriya Chakravarty, former Principal of St. Thomas’ School, as the Chief Guest. Applauding the efforts of the school community, she praised the students for their remarkable teamwork, creativity and energetic participation.
Colourful stalls, lively music and cheerful crowds created a carnival atmosphere across the campus. Visitors thronged the entertaining game zones featuring crowd-pullers like Dip the Coin, Pop the Tins, Ball Through the Tyre, Pass the Key, Rolling the Dice, Lucky Dip and Tambola, keeping the excitement alive throughout the event.
The food arena emerged as another major attraction, tempting visitors with an array of favourites including momos, pav bhaji, golgappas, burgers, pizza, pasta, candy floss, ice cream and chaat. Alongside the culinary delights, AI-based games, computer activities, tattoo and face-painting corners, handicraft displays and a cake stall added colour and creativity to the celebration.
A special highlight this year was the inclusion of a Kashmiri Handicraft Stall and a Scented Candles Stall, introduced to showcase local talent and promote traditional handmade products. The initiative was widely appreciated for encouraging local artisans and giving visitors an opportunity to explore unique handcrafted creations.
The carnival blended entertainment with learning, offering students a platform to develop confidence, creativity, leadership and organisational skills beyond the classroom. Music, interactive activities and community participation turned the event into a joyful social gathering for all age groups.
The day concluded with smiling faces, energetic cheers and unforgettable memories, making the AHSB Carnival a grand celebration of community spirit and youthful enthusiasm.
