Many dignitaries, bureaucrats, educationists, fine artists have been our guest for this exhibition”.

art1This is the fifth time that the Charu Castle Foundation came up another brilliant idea of displaying art work by children and organised competition in Himachal. They received numerous paintings from school all over Himachal on various social evil themes like ‘Save Wild Animals’, ‘Grow More Trees’ and ‘Save Girl Child’. Apart from this there were paintings on the themes of religion, sketches and females.

A local resident Megha Teshta expressed her views on the painting displayed in the exhibition and said, “The art work displayed is awesome and I am sure the students must have put in an immense amount of hard work in them”. Another resident Sharad Sharma said, “I was awestruck by looking at the sketches in the exhibition; they are as good as professional’s work”. More than 750 paintings were on display, which were being changed at regular intervals.

The exhibition was a good opportunity for both, the art lovers and artists, to share, learn and appreciate the work of young artists with marvelous drawing skills.
