Cabinet Sub-Committee Reviews Cabinet Decisions

Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi on Tuesday presided over a meeting of the Cabinet Sub-Committee, which reviewed the status of implementation of decisions taken in Cabinet meetings.

Technical Education and Town and Country Planning Minister Rajesh Dharmani and AYUSH Minister Yadvinder Goma were also present during the meeting.

The committee was informed that between 13 January 2023 and 30 June 2025, a total of 1,160 decisions were taken in Cabinet meetings. Of these, 1,116 decisions have already been successfully implemented. Detailed discussions were held on the remaining 44 decisions, which pertain to the Finance, Health, Industries, Jal Shakti, Multipurpose Projects and Power, Tourism and Transport departments.

Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi directed the concerned officers to ensure time-bound implementation of the pending decisions so that the intended benefits reach the general public without delay.

Emphasizing accountability, Town and Country Planning Minister Rajesh Dharmani said that the interests of the people of the state must remain the top priority and reminded all officers and employees of the state government that they are answerable to the public.
