CBSE declares Boards results

CBSE RESULTS: The Class 10th and 12th board examination results were declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Monday. According to the CBSE, around 87.98 percent of students have passed 12th board exams which is 0.65 percent higher than the last year’s percentage. Over 24,000 candidates have scored above 95 percent and over one lakh sixteen thousand students got above 90 percent in this examination.

The overall passing percentage is 93.60 in the 10th board examination. The passing percentage of girls is 94.75 while for boys, it is 92.71. This year also girls outperformed boys, with a gap of around 2%. The overall pass percentage of girls has increased from 94.25% in 2023 to 94.75% in 2024. For boys, the pass percentage increased from 92.27% in 2023 to 92.71% in 2024. For transgender students too, it increased from 90% last year to 91.30% this year.
