CM releases Himachal Pradesh-a Treasure of Tourism book

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today released book titled Himachal Pradesh-a Treasure of Tourism authored by former IAS Officer and noted author K.R. Bharti, in his chamber in the presence of famous litterateurs of the state. While releasing the book, Chief Minister lauded the efforts of the writer who besides being an able administrator was a noted writer of the state. He said that K.R. Bharti has brought to fore the treasure trove of tourism of Himachal Pradesh in its all beauty and details. The author has shown a great deal of diligence to write this voluminous book.

Jai Ram Thakur said that readers would find this book very informative and interesting. Chief Minister expressed Nestled between the snow capped Himalayan ranges, Himachal Pradesh is a small yet one of the most beautiful state of India. He said that Himachal Pradesh is not only about snow as its name indicates, but it has all that a tourist   can aspire for. Noted writer Sudarshan Vashisth also presented his book Himachal Lok Geet to the Chief Minister. Noted writers R.D. Sharma, Dr. Karam Singh, Senior Journalist Ashwani Verma and Kanwar Dinesh were present on the occasion among others.
