Tiny tots of Regal Public School celebrated the auspicious festival of Janmashtami here today as all the girls and boys were smartly dressed in various colouful attire on this auspicious day. The girls were dressed up beautifully as little Radha’s and little boys were fully clad in God Krishna’s costume. The little ones of Nursery and Pre-Nursery danced to the tunes of Radha Teri Chunari and Krishna’s gave an amazing performance on the song Hey Krishna, which was appreciated and loved by all. Bhavika, Shaurya, Karan, Gauravi, Amarya, Nityant, Jerry, Rudra, Vaansi, Akshay, Ahana, Adarsh, Riya among other students were a part of the brilliant dance performances.
School Principal Manmohan said, “We celebrate the Janmashtami festival every year in order to make the students realize the importance of our culture. Kids love dressing up in colourful costumes. This is a festival of fun and frolic which also teaches us that we should believe in God and should always fight against the wrong”.
