The HP Police Half Marathon 2015 saw a huge turn out as more nearly 40 students from Crescent Sr. Sec. School, Totu school participated in event here today which was flagged off from Ridge. The Dream Run of HP Police Half Marathon was organized by the Himachal Pradesh in association with Airtel. The event started early in the morning at around 7 am and the Dream Run was routed from Ridge Shimla up to the Governor House and back.
Monika Thakur of Plus Two Class, Medical Science stream, from Crescent Sr. Sec. School Totu, secured the second position in the “Dream Run” segment. A group of forty students and staff from the school participated in the competition. The Principal and staff of Crescent Sr. Sec. School Totu extended their congratulations and best wishes for a bright future for Monika Thakur. She and her parents were very happy for securing the second position in this important competition.
