Revenue, Horticulture and Tribal Development Minister Jagat Singh Negi chaired a Cabinet Sub-Committee meeting today to assess the status of state Cabinet decisions. Housing, Technical Education, and Town and Country Planning Minister Rajesh Dharmani was also in attendance.
The committee conducted a detailed review tracking how efficiently various departments have executed policy decisions made during Cabinet meetings over the past three and a half years.
Officials reported that out of 1,628 Cabinet decisions approved between January 13, 2023, and May 31, 2026, a vast majority have been fully executed. The panel focused its review on the remaining pending files across several key sectors, including Home, Revenue, Finance, Public Works, Forests, Jal Shakti, Personnel, Labour and Employment, Panchayati Raj, Power, Education, Health, and Cooperation.
Minister Negi commended departmental officers for their dedicated efforts and instructed them to expedite action on the leftover decisions, emphasizing that all remaining mandates must be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
