Nand Lal Sharma Calls on Governor Arlekar to Apprised Him about Various Projects & Activities of SJVNL

Chairman and Managing Director Satluj Jal Vidut Nigam Limited (SJVNL) Nand Lal Sharma called on Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar at Raj Bhavan, today and apprised him about various projects and activities of SJVN in India and Abroad.

Sharma said that SJVN was currently constructing two Hydro Power Projects in Himachal Pradesh and these were 66 MW Dhaulasidh Hydro Electricity Project (HEP) and 210 MW Luhri Stage -1 HEP. In addition to these, SJVN is currently working on 9 more Hydro Projects in Himachal Pradesh out of which three are in Satluj Basin and six are in Chenab Basin. He also informed that SJVN was also implementing a 880 MW Solar Power Project at Kaza in the District of Lahaul Spiti.
