The students of Blue Bells School, Dhalli celebrated their Annual Function – 2014 with great fervour and passion here today, as MLA Anirudh Singh presided over the function as the chief guest. He was welcomed by the School Principal Santosh Banta, soon after which the programme began with Shiv Stuti, which was performed by Kavita, Neha, Tamanna, Vishaka and Tripta among others.
A lively act was presented by the children on the life and interesting stories of Lord Krishna, where as a drama was performed by children on the theme “Anekta Main Ekta”, emphasizing the fact that we all are the same. Children were dressed in different colours of States, such as a Punjabi, a Bengali, a Gujrati and so on. The vibrant and pulsating Punjabi and Haryanvi dance numbers by students was more than enough to entertain the audience as they received huge applause from all present. Apart from this the ever so famous Himachal Natti was well presented and equally appreciated by all.
Chief Guest Anirudh Singh lauded and appreciated the brilliant performances given by the students and presented them with various awards won for their academic excellence. The proud winners from the pre nursery section were Payal and Sameer; from nursery Akshara and Jessica won first prizes, while Nimit and Kunal stood second, and the third prize was won by Akshara. In Kinder Garten section Aastik and Swati were first, Angel was second and Vanshika was third. From Class One Priyanka Garg and Shagun were first, Sumit, Aanchal and Vanshika were second and Ayush and Riya were third.
From Class Two the proud winners were Lagan, Krish and Preeti who stood first, second and third respectively, while from Class Three Akshit and Bhumika received the awards. In Class Four the winners were Jagriti, Komal and Piyush, while winners from Class Five were Harprit, Mrinali and Amit. From Class Six the winners were Rahul, Rajat and Simran while winners from Class Seven were Jyoti, Hitashi and Tamanna. Winners from Class Eight were Simran, Shivangi and Abhishek, winners from Class Nine were Vishakha, Achyut and Armaan, and from Class Ten the winners were Neelam, Sughandh and Akshay.
Principal Banta congratulated all the winners and also thanked her staff and support staff for putting up such a dazzling and entertaining show.
