1 HP Girls NCC Solan Concludes Camp 204

The 1 HP Girls Battalion NCC Solan successfully concluded its Annual Training Camp (ATC) 204 at Baru Sahib, under the dynamic leadership of Commanding Officer Col. Vivek Bhatara. The camp saw enthusiastic participation from cadets representing various educational institutions across the region.

A highlight of the camp was the cultural evening and prize distribution ceremony held on 13th August. The event began with a soulful Ganesh Vandana, setting a spiritual tone for the evening. This was followed by vibrant group songs by cadets from Jaypee University and GDC Sangrah, and dynamic group dance performances by cadets from GC Nalagarh, GDC Kullu, and UHF Nauni, showcasing the diverse talents of the participants.

During the prize distribution ceremony, cadets were recognized for excellence in various categories, including firing competitions, Best Cadet Awards, and Best Institution Awards. In a gesture of appreciation, all ANOs and CTOs were presented with caps.

On 14th August, the Camp Commandant delivered the closing address, commending the cadets for their discipline, dedication, and wholehearted participation. Select cadets shared their enriching experiences and provided constructive feedback for future camps.

The camp concluded with a brief educational visit to the Baru Sahib campus, offering cadets exposure to its tranquil environment and modern facilities.

Under the guidance of Col. Vivek Bhatara, ATC 204 not only honed cadets’ physical and technical skills but also promoted leadership, team spirit, and cultural unity — marking a memorable and successful chapter in the legacy of the 1 HP Girls Battalion NCC Solan.
