The day 1 of 9th Hero Sprint MTB Shimla Started from Willys park and the riders set on a 56 Km route. It was a downhill riders paradise where riders lost an elevation of more than 2000 m . The riders crossed 3 technical downhill sections and had one big climb for the day. The race travelled through a beautiful meadown below chail and a big climb to janedghat which was very hot and tough for the riders. The youngest rider kaustuv also managed to finish the race. Route : Willy Park, Sheelgaon, Anantpur, Sadhupul, JAnedghat, Dochi, Sadhupul, Hail Himalaya. No of riders : 94, Stage finished by 84. Youngest rider : Kaustuv 10 years old from Shimla.
