Rs. 24 Crore for Twin Towers at Basal in Solan: Rajesh Dharmani

Urban Development and Housing Minister Rajesh Dharmani announced that the State Government has approved the construction of two twin towers in the Basal housing colony in Solan district, with a total investment of ₹24.50 crore. This move is part of the government’s broader push for sustainable and inclusive urban development.

The planned towers will feature 24 spacious three-BHK flats, each equipped with dedicated parking, ensuring modern and convenient living for residents. The project will be executed by HIMUDA, which is actively working to provide affordable housing across Himachal Pradesh.

Minister Dharmani emphasized that officials have been instructed to ensure timely completion of all major urban development projects, reaffirming the government’s commitment to efficient project execution and improved housing infrastructure.
