The Department of Telecommunications, Himachal Pradesh Licensed Service Area (HP LSA), has announced a 7-day extension of the Intra-Circle Roaming (ICR) facility in the districts of Chamba, Kullu, and Lahaul Spiti. The facility will now remain active until 10th September 2025.

This extension aims to maintain uninterrupted mobile connectivity in regions affected by recent heavy rainfall. Under the ICR arrangement, mobile users can manually switch to any available telecom network in the area, regardless of their original service provider.

The initiative ensures that residents and visitors in these districts continue to have access to essential mobile services during the ongoing disruptions.
