Startup YouthBuzz, a winner of the XR Creator Hackathon under the Create in India Challenge (CIC) Season 1, is showcasing its innovative immersive XR solutions at the Amusement Expo 2026 being held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre from March 10 to 12, 2026. The initiative is part of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting’s efforts under the World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES) initiative to promote innovation in the AVGC-XR sector.
The startup, which has also been incubated under the WAVEX Startup Accelerator Program, is presenting a range of Made in India immersive entertainment experiences for gaming. These include titles such as Immersive Warfare and Meta Dwar, along with racing and flying simulators. YouthBuzz is also demonstrating a cloud-connected remote-controlled gaming platform called RC Cloud Arena, enabling players to control real-world RC devices through the internet.
The participation of YouthBuzz at the expo highlights the potential of startups emerging from the Create in India Challenge. Through such initiatives, the Ministry continues to identify and support innovative creators in the Media and Entertainment sector, particularly in the growing AVGC-XR industry (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, Comics, and Extended Reality).
The Create in India Challenge serves as an industry-driven, government-supported platform aimed at identifying, nurturing, and showcasing young creative talent across domains such as animation, VFX, gaming, comics, XR, music, film, and digital media, while helping build a future-ready talent pool for India’s creative industries.
