Chief Minister Inaugurates Multipurpose Building in GP Sharan of Seraj Constituency

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today inaugurated Multipurpose Building of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department at Raingaloo in Gram Panchayat Sharan of Seraj Vidhan Sabha area of Mandi district. This building has been constructed by spending an amount of Rs. 33 lakh. While addressing the people on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that Raingaloo was a scenic place with a beautiful setting and has tremendous potential for tourism development. He said that this Multipurpose Building would go a long way in promoting this place from tourism point of view.

He said that this building, since situated near the helipad, could also be useful for providing additional facilities to the tourists. Jai Ram Thakur said that a Forest Rest House was also coming up near the Multipurpose building. He said that the State Government would provide all possible help to further strengthen this building. The Chief Minister also paid obeisance at the local Raingaloo Devta temple. President Gram Panchayat Sharan, Rishab Thakur welcomed the Chief Minister and other dignitaries present on the occasion. Senior BJP leader of the area Gulzari Lal, SP Mandi Shalini Agnihotri and other leaders were present on the occasion among others.
