Governor Wishes Prosperity To People On Occasion Of Holi

The Governor, Shiv Pratap Shukla wished happiness and prosperity to the people of the state on the occasion of Holi, on Wednesday. Chief Minister, Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, also greeted the Governor and the first Lady of the State Smt. Janki Shukla on the occasion of Holi. 

“May the festival of colours fill the life of all with love and affection and may it strengthen the bonds of fraternity among all said the Governor. The Governor and the Chief Minister along with his Cabinet colleagues smeared colours at each other on the occasion.

Leader of Opposition, Jai Ram Thakur, Industries Minister, Harshvardhan Chauhan, Education Minister, Rohit Thakur, Rural Development Minister, Anirudh Singh and Public Works Minister, Vikramaditya Singh were also present in the occasion. A cultural program was also organized at Raj Bhavan  by the artists of the Information and Public Relations Department. Senior Police and Civil officers of the State Government also  greeted the Governor amongst other dignitaries. Later, the Governor also celebrated the festival with employees and other staff members of Raj Bhawan.
