Agniveer Rally: Physical Test Admit Cards Out

Admit cards have been issued to candidates from Shimla, Solan, Sirmaur, and Kinnaur districts who qualified the online Common Entrance Examination under the Agnipath Scheme for Army recruitment. Colonel Manish Singh, Director Recruiting at Army Recruiting Office (ARO) Shimla, informed that eligible candidates can now download their admit cards by visiting the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.

The Agniveer Recruitment Rally is scheduled to be held from 17th to 24th November 2025 at Prithi Military Station, Averipatti, Rampur Bushahr. Candidates must appear for physical tests which include a 1.6 km run (to be completed in a maximum of 6 minutes 15 seconds), 6 to 10 chin-ups, a 9-feet ditch jump, and a zig-zag balance test.

Colonel Singh emphasized the importance of carrying all required documents to the rally. These include:

  • Class 10th and 12th mark sheets

  • Permanent residence certificate (Bonafide/Himachali Certificate)

  • Dogra/Minority Certificate (if applicable)

  • Caste Certificate

  • Character Certificate (issued online with QR code by Naib Tehsildar/Tehsildar)

  • Affidavit (as per recruitment notification)

  • 20 recent passport-size photographs with navy blue background

  • Certificate of being unmarried

Candidates with technical qualifications (NIELIT/ITI), NCC certificates, or valid sports certificates must also bring these documents. Those whose fathers are serving or retired personnel must bring a valid Relationship Certificate and a copy of the Discharge Book.

Colonel Singh assured that candidates facing any issues in downloading the admit card may contact the Army Recruiting Office, Shimla for assistance.
