ARTRAC Marks 11th Yoga Day with Unity and Wellness

The 11th International Day of Yoga was celebrated with enthusiasm at the Army Training Command (ARTRAC) under the global theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”. The event saw wholehearted participation from all ranks and families of HQ ARTRAC and station units.

The session was led by Shalini Kushwah, Regional Vice President of AWWA ARTRAC, a certified Yoga Instructor under the Ministry of AYUSH and faculty of the Art of Living Foundation.

The yoga activities included asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation, offering participants a comprehensive introduction to the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Attendees also interacted with yoga experts, gaining valuable insights on integrating yoga into daily life for holistic well-being.

The event underscored the unifying and healing power of yoga, reflecting its ability to inspire personal transformation, community harmony, and global wellness. As the world marked the 11th anniversary of International Yoga Day, ARTRAC’s celebration stood out as a symbol of commitment to a healthier and more mindful lifestyle.
