Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Tuesday inaugurated a Combined Office Building constructed at a cost of ₹12.82 crore at Fatehpur in Kangra district.
During his visit, the Chief Minister also inaugurated and laid foundation stones for several development projects aimed at boosting infrastructure in the region. The events were attended by Agriculture Minister Chander Kumar and MLA-cum-Deputy Chairman of the State Planning Board Bhawani Singh Pathania, along with other dignitaries.
Earlier, the Chief Minister was accorded a warm welcome on his arrival at Fatehpur. He also participated in a plantation drive, planting a sapling as part of environmental conservation efforts.
Later, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu visited the revered Jwalamukhi Temple, where he offered prayers for the peace and prosperity of the state. He was accompanied by his wife Kamlesh Thakur and MLA Sanjay Rattan on the occasion.
