Chapslee’s 47 Years Trail Blazing Journey Celebrated

To mark the celebration of its Founder’s Day Chapslee Public School, Shimla, organized various competitions using the modern online facilities. The pandemic failed to take away the zeal of the students and teachers associated as they all left no stone unturned to make this day special and a memorable one.

Chapslee School, which was started in 1973 with two students in Nursery, is now a co-educational, Senior Secondary School, affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education. The current strength of the school is 1200 plus students, from Nursery to Class XII.

The school is managed by the Chapslee Educational Society and is located in two campuses, the Junior School (Nursery to Class VIII) at Chapslee Estate and the Senior School (Classes IX to XII) at Northwood, below Keleston, Bharari Road, Shimla.

The school provides the highest standards in education, including opportunities to participate in co-curricular activities and hobbies, such as debates, general knowledge quiz, elocution, dramatics, music, art, craft and computer studies. To celebrate the occasion, various competitions like Rangoli, Mehandi, Face Painting and Calligraphy were held in which students took part and placed their best foot forward. The three days long celebration comprising of all competitions were greatly enjoyed by the students as well as teachers. (CLICK TO SEE ALL VIDEOS)
