The much awaited results of the short story competition for the month of June — Fiction Treasure Trove 2022, that is being organised by Keekli Charitable Trust were announced here today, as Charu Sharma of Alpine Public School, Nalagarh and Ananya Thakur of Loreto Convent Tara Hall, Shimla won. They win a cash award as well as an assured place in the top 31 stories that will be published as an anthology later during the year.

The Jury was quite impressed to see such talent who read the stories. Tanaya Ghose Dastidar said, “It has always been an honour to be associated with Keekli and its events. This platform is a boon for the budding writers of the nation. Just as it was a pleasure moment last time, when I had judged the stories; this time, too, it was a pleasant activity to perform as a reviewer or a judge. The writers are so talented that they do not seem children of such young age. I would be glad to say that many of these children have a better vision than what we authors have. These little ones know exactly what is to be penned down, to captivate a reader’s interest towards their writings. They are truly amazing. Kudos to Keekli and loads of gratefulness to the team to make this platform a success!”
