CM Pays Tributes to Rajiv Gandhi

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur paid rich tributes to former Prime Minister late Rajiv Gandhi on his 31st death anniversary by garlanding his statue at Sadbhavana Chowk, Chhota Shimla today. Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj, MLAs Vinod Kumar and Hoshyar Singh, Municipal Corporation Shimla Mayor Satya Kaundal and Councillors also paid their tributes to the former Prime Minister on the occasion. While interacting with the media, Chief Minister said that late Rajiv Gandhi envisioned for a modern India with special focus on technological advancements. He also remembered the contributions made by late Rajiv Gandhi in the field of information technology and communication.
