CM Sukhu stated that ₹3,000 crore has been saved by curbing corruption, which is now redirected towards development and public services. The government is working toward making Himachal Pradesh self-reliant by 2027, with MSP being provided on milk, turmeric, maize, and wheat to empower farmers.
Referring to the 2023 natural disaster and the ensuing political turmoil, Sukhu said the government stood resilient with the support of the people. He also reflected personally on his wife Kamlesh Thakur’s unexpected rise as an MLA, calling it the people’s answer to betrayal in politics.
