For Under-14 players, the diet money for state-level competitions has increased from Rs. 120 to Rs. 250, and for national events, it has risen from Rs. 250 to Rs. 400. Similarly, Under-17 and Under-19 players will now receive Rs. 400 for state-level competitions and Rs. 500 for national-level events. In addition, the government will provide AC three-tier rail travel and economy-class airfare for players traveling for competitions outside the state.

CM Sukhu also outlined the government’s ambitious plans for educational reforms, including the establishment of Rajiv Gandhi Day Boarding Schools in every assembly constituency.
