CM Sukhu today felicitated outstanding athletes from Mandi district at Diagari. Bhawna Thakur of Village Malot, Gram Panchayat Bayla, a member of the World Cup-winning Indian Kabaddi team, was honoured for her remarkable achievement on the international stage.
The Chief Minister also recognized Jitender Chauhan, a wrestler who secured the Bronze medal at the Asian Grappling Championship, for his exceptional performance. These honours highlight the state government’s commitment to encouraging and celebrating sporting talent from Himachal Pradesh.
