95 BIG FM in collaboration with ICFAI University initiated a month long campaign “Mission Admission” – a career counselling and education conclave to help under-graduate and graduate students choose better career prospects with proper expert guidance. In the culmination phase, BIG FM has organised a two-day student conclave where more than 300 students participated on day one. Sanjay Kundu, Director General of Police (DGP), Himachal Pradesh Police graced the occasion as the Chief Guest who inspired the students to seize the moment and work harder to achieve their goals. Kundu also emphasised on the role of good education and inculcating a habit of reading among the young minds as he also answered few queries of the students present during the education expo.
KEEKLI partnered with 95 BigFM as Knowledge Partner for the Mission Admission event as providing the right guidance and plethora of career opportunities as well as alternative streams to school and college students of Shimla City was the highlight of the day.
The impromptu session of question and answer by RJ Shalini and RJ Rahul kept the children engaged as they awarded the winners with gifts. The song and dance session too lightened the mood of the children, who returned home armed with the knowledge of career choices they could have when they are ready to join college. Students of St Bede’s College, St Edwards, St Thomas, Govt Sanjauli School and Lalpani were present in large numbers to make the most of this opportunity.
Day two of the conclave to be held on 4th September at Hotel Marina wherein RJ Shalini and RJ Rahul will award prizes to a few lucky students through a lucky draw. Joining forces in this forum are APG Shimla University, Amity University, Aspire IIT & Medical institute, Aakash Institute Shimla and Canara Bank.
