- Non-Gazetted Officers (Supdt. Gr-ll and Sr.Asstt.)

All the examinations mentioned above will be conducted at the Centre of Excellence, Government Degree College, Sanjauli, Shimla. Additionally, for candidates appearing only in Paper No-1, which is Financial Administration, the Board will also conduct the examination at Government Degree College, Dharamshala, and Govt. (Girls) Senior Secondary School, Mandi.

[Application Process] How To Apply For HIPA Departmental Exams
Candidates interested in appearing for the Departmental Examinations must submit their applications online through the Manav Sampada Portal. The application window will be open from September 8th, 2023, to October 7th, 2023. After this period, applications will not be accepted. Furthermore, applications will only be approved/verified by their respective Head of Departments. The window for the Head of Departments to review and approve applications will remain open until October 16th, 2023. After this date, the window for HODs will automatically close.
