The partnership, initiated in 2022 through pilot programs in two Himachal colleges, is part of a broader undergraduate initiative led by Dr. Vasu Singh, Advisor to Penn State Global Affairs. It aims to foster academic exchange and cross-cultural learning.

During the meeting, both sides expressed satisfaction with the progress made and reaffirmed their commitment to expanding the partnership further. MLA Vinod Sultanpuri and other dignitaries also attended the discussion, which was described as insightful and productive by Pathania.
