Tiny tots of Shemrock Smart Kids, Sanjauli, presented a wonderful cultural programme during their Annual Day Celebrations held here today at Kalibari Hall. The little ones were dressed in various colorful dresses making all curious to see them perform on the stage as their attire itself seemed quiet promising when it came to entertainment.
The day started by traditional lamp lighting ceremony by School Principal Guneet Kaur along with the Chief Guest for the occasion Kusum Sadret, Mayor, Shimla Municipal Corporation. Little ones welcomed all by reciting a wonderful poem and exhibited their confidence.
Young dancers presented a wonderful Sarasvati Vandana which was followed by a medley song dance performance by the tiny tots on various songs like Bam Bam Bhole, Masti Ki Pathshala, Pahari Naati on various Pahari songs, which was thus the main attraction for the day. (CLICK TO SEE ALL VIDEOS)
Spectators were taken by surprise by the solo performance by the two little starts who took stage by storm and spell bounded the audiences. Children also showed their knowledge about various numbers, shapes and alphabets as they recognized them during an act.
The Annual Report was presented by the school principal highlighting the achievements for the academic year 2018-19. She thanked everyone for being part of the show and especially parents for giving them the opportunity to train their little angels by putting their trust in the school.
Kusum also appreciated the bright stars and said that it was a great honour to see the little ones dance and showcase their talent. She congratulated the students, parents and teachers for the successful completion of a crucial year of each child and wished them success.
