‘Mukkadma’ to Be Staged in Shimla

Emotions Globe Art Theatre, in association with SJVN Ltd. and Anadi Foundation, is all set to organize a Theatre Talk Conference and the stage presentation of the acclaimed play ‘Mukkadma’ on 12th July in Shimla.

The conference will serve as a vibrant platform for dialogue and exchange among theatre practitioners, featuring discussions on the evolving landscape, challenges, and future opportunities in performing arts. Renowned theatre personalities such as Shri Nivas Joshi, Kedar Thakur, Bhupender Sharma, Sanjay Sood, Bharti Kuthiala, and others will participate in the session.

As the cultural highlight of the day, the play ‘Mukkadma’, a satirical commentary on socio-political realities, will be staged at 5:30 PM. Directed by Adhiraj Sharma, the performance will feature artists Priyanshu, Prem, and Adhiraj Sharma himself.

The event will be graced by Hon’ble Rajya Sabha MP Harsh Mahajan as the Chief Guest, with the Former Shimla Councillor and National Vice President of Akhil Bharatiya Saraswat Parishad joining as Guest of Honour.

This artistic gathering aims to inspire emerging artists, foster creative collaboration, and promote cultural dialogue, making it a must-attend for theatre lovers and creative minds across the region.
