A spokesperson of the Election Department informed here today that Expenditure Monitoring Cell has been setup in the Chief Electoral Office at Shimla. He said that the Cell has been setup for coordination on expenditure monitoring with Election Commission, training expenditure related personnel and political party functionaries and coordination with concerned Returning Officer, District Election Officers and other enforcement agencies in connection with the ensuing Bye-elections in Mandi Parliamentary Constituency and Fatehpur, Arki and Jubbal-Kotkhai Assembly Constituencies.
