The stretch from Oakover Gate No. 2 to Lok Bhawan will remain closed for vehicular movement from May 21 to June 20, 2026, due to underground utility duct construction work, District Magistrate Anupam Kashyap said on Sunday.
He informed that formal orders in this regard have been issued.
The District Magistrate directed the executing agency to ensure strict safety measures during the construction period, with special attention to pedestrians, particularly school children using the route.
