Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur was presented, HP cheques worth Rs. 3,68,709 towards H.P. Covid-19 Solidarity Relief Fund here today by Secretary Education Rajeev Sharma and Director Higher Education Dr. Amarjeet Sharma on behalf of MCM DAV College, Kangra and DAV College Banikhet, district Chamba.MCM DAV College, Kangra has contributed Rs. 3,22,709 and DAV College Banikhet, district Chamba has contributed Rs. 46,000 towards this Fund. Chief Minister thanked the management of these colleges and said that such contributions go a long way in helping the needy during the hour of distress.
