Shemrock Smarties Enjoy A Magical Day in School — Magic 2 Mind

Shemrock2_28.5.15Tiny tots of Shemrock School, Sanjauli witnessed a surprise event when they attended their classes today as the school management had planned a magic show to entertain the kids. Learning becomes more fun and enjoyable when it is mixed with creativity and craft work, and that was the idea behind inviting a Hyderabad based magician H.G. Ley to amuse the little ones. School Principal Guneet Kaur said, “Magic is not just all about hocus-pocus and Harry Potter, but it a science which can be comprehended by few and at the same time it is very entertaining”.

The morning began with Ley’s famous monkey puppet, Pinky, who became the centre of attraction with the kids. The students received a quick course in learning alphabets as the magician formed few easy words for them. The trick performed were more so to increase the concentration level of the children so that they could grasp things easily and adapt the same in their lives.

Director Sheetaljit Kaur said, “The management always arranges shows like this to break the monotony of routine class work. The children really enjoyed the show as it bought huge cheers and smiles on their faces”. Magician Ley said, “My aim is to help children give up their bad habits and nurture good ones”. More than 70 children attended the show namely, Priyanka, Divyashree, Sumaksh, Adhivar, Aliya, hardik, bhavya, Celine, Arnav, Vedant, Viraj, Aradhya, Arya, Sunish and Reyansh among others.
