St-thomas-fete1_30.5.15The junior wing comprising of classes one to five had planned an entertaining morning for all as they had organized the annual fete here today in the school premises. The playfield resounded with cheers and merriment as students could be seen at various stalls. School Principal Vidhupriya Chakravarty said that the annual fete had been organized for the junior section as it gives the children a sense of confidence when they are given responsibility. Under the able-guidance of the teacher in-charge Ms Sheelam, the students had put in lots of hard work to put up various stalls. The stalls were manned by different teachers with the assistance of their junior helpers.

Delicious food items such as noodle, pakoras, pastries, tea, coffee were on sale while parents enjoyed with their children on various games stalls. Hoopla, bangle tangle, tailing the donkey, treasure hunt, hit the target were quite a hit as they attracted lots of visitors. Parents too were present in large numbers to support and encourage their children as they spent some fun time with them.
