The circular, addressed to all Deputy Commissioners and the Director of School Education, outlines a list of assignments and duties that school staff must undertake on these days, including:

  1. Completing any pending work related to the Mid-Day Meal scheme.

  2. Preparation of lesson plans for upcoming classes.

  3. Preparing for both formative and summative assessments.

  4. Finalizing any School Management Committee (SMC) related tasks.

  5. Completing assignments from Samagra Shiksha and DIET.

  6. Conducting online classes from the school, if feasible.

  7. Managing school administration and documentation.

  8. Making necessary entries on the PMIS (Personnel Management Information System) portal.

  9. Updating UDISE+ (Unified District Information System for Education) data.

  10. Finalizing report cards and academic records.
