In an effort to promote awareness against drug addiction and have the power to say no, a talk was organized at GSSS Syri, as Rajender Thakur, ASI cum Incharge Police Chowki, Syri under Police Station Kandaghat Distt., Solan, to sensitize the students. To mark the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, School Principal Surinder Kumar Sharma also adressed the students and strongly advised them to shun the drugs.
An awareness rally was also taken out by the students thus creating awareness among the locals in the area.
