The 133 Ecological Task Force (Paryavarni) responded promptly to a forest fire near Tattapani today, prioritizing the protection of critical forest areas and their Parvain plantations. While surrounding regions have been affected, the task force reports that its plantations remain untouched.

“By tomorrow, we will have a complete assessment of any impact on our plantation zones,” said a task force spokesperson. For safety, ground teams were pulled back overnight, with hopes that natural dew will help contain the fire. Reconnaissance efforts are planned at first light to evaluate the situation and guide further interventions.

The incident highlights the persistent challenge of forest fire management in the region and underscores the key role of the 133 Eco Task Force in conservation and disaster response. Further updates on fire containment and plantation impact will follow as assessments continue.
