Two Remarkable Books Authored by Dr. Suresh Sharma Released on Manimahesh

Keekli Charitable Trust hosted the release and discussion of two remarkable books authored by Dr. Suresh Sharma: मणिमहेशसहस्र मणि पर्वत झील and Manimahesh – The Mountain Lake of Thousand Jewels, an event held at the Conference Hall, Gaiety Complex. The occasion was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Sh Srinivas Joshi, along with a host of dignitaries, including Jagdish Sharma, K.R. Bharti and Sudershan Vashisth. Each of them shared insightful perspectives on the literary work, while also recalling their own personal journeys to Chamba and the sacred Manimahesh Lake.

The discussions were not only a celebration of the books but also of the majestic Manimahesh landscape, which holds deep cultural and spiritual significance for Himachal Pradesh. Sh. Srinivas Joshi praised Dr. Sharma’s detailed narrative and evocative descriptions of the region’s natural beauty and history.

In addition to the dignitaries, several prominent writers such as Prof. Meenakshi F. Paul, Jawahar Kaul, Suresh Shandilya, and Bharti Kuthiala, shared their thoughts. They highlighted Dr. Sharma’s meticulous research and the emotional depth with which he portrayed the mystique of Manimahesh.
