As a sequential for annual day celebration of senior section, students of Swarn Public School, Tutikandi exhibited a talented cultural programme at Kalibari Hall, Shimla. The celebrations began with welcoming of Chief Guest Dr. Kulwant Singh Pathaniya, DEAN Commence Faculty, HPU by the School Principal, Seema Mehta and staff by presenting the flowers which was followed by lamp lighting ceremony.
Students from Class VI presented a welcome dance which was followed by various theme dances like Arabian, save environment, govinds songs’ medley as a tribute to great dancer, save girl child and last but not the least Phari natti too were performed by the talented students.
Each dance showcased the strength of every child as they placed their best foot forward.
During the girl child performance on song ‘O Re Piya’ students gave a glimpse of their great strength and self confidence as a power failure interrupted the performance however, without panicking the dancers picked back the rhythm and finished their dance which otherwise is very rare even in senior artists.
Each dance had a message to deliver, may that be save environment or girl child or even non-dancers too can dance. The event turned out to be a grand success as parents and children were seen more than satisfied after witnessing the event. (For Videos Click here)
