Run and Thrive Fitness, in collaboration with several respected partners, successfully hosted the Shimla Mashobra Marathon amidst the scenic beauty of Mashobra, Shimla. The event attracted participants from all corners of India, turning the marathon into a powerful platform for social unity, health awareness, and a call to conscious living.
Centered around the themes “Good Health and Well-being” and “Run Against Drugs,” the marathon aimed to highlight the critical importance of physical fitness while urging society—particularly the youth—to reject substance abuse in favour of discipline, perseverance, and mental wellness.
Runners displayed remarkable dedication, teamwork, and sportsmanship, proving that such community-driven initiatives can inspire meaningful change. The event echoed values of environmental respect, compassion, and personal responsibility—pillars essential for nurturing a conscious and strong society.
The marathon’s success was made possible through the generous support of partners including SJVN, Union Bank of India, H.T Trading Co, Bahl Production, MS HIPA, ECO Thrive Innovations, Shimla Walks, Torque, Jaswinder Construction, Haryana Handlooms, Uday Raj, and the Himachal Pradesh Administration.
Chief Guest Dr. Manish Gupta, Professor and Head at the Cancer Hospital in Shimla, congratulated the winners and lauded the initiative for fostering resilience, accountability, and unity.
