The Ministry of Ayush has reaffirmed its commitment to efficient governance, transparency, and cleanliness through the successful execution of Special Campaign 4.0, conducted from November 2024 to August 2025. The campaign aimed to streamline administrative processes, improve the workplace environment, and accelerate the resolution of long-pending matters.

As part of this drive, the Ministry made significant progress by disposing of a wide range of references and grievances. These include 56 references from Members of Parliament, 12 Parliamentary Assurances, 9 references from State Governments, 10 PMO references, 1,116 public grievances, and 121 public grievance appeals. These outcomes reflect the Ministry’s proactive approach to institutional responsiveness and public service delivery.

The Ministry of Ayush continues to be recognized for its high standards in grievance redressal and currently ranks among the Top 10 Central Ministries in grievance disposal. This consistent performance highlights its strong focus on citizen-centric governance and timely resolution of issues raised by the public.

Looking ahead, the Ministry is preparing to launch Special Campaign 5.0 with a renewed emphasis on sustainability, cleanliness, and strengthening grievance redressal mechanisms. The upcoming campaign will see active participation from Ayush institutions, research councils, and national organisations. Cleanliness drives will be intensified across campuses, herbal gardens, public areas, water bodies, and community spaces.

Senior officials, along with members of the wider Ayush community, will lead these efforts at Ayush Bhawan and surrounding areas, reinforcing the Ministry’s broader vision of building a cleaner, more efficient, and waste-free India through coordinated and community-driven initiatives.
